About Michela

Michela's practice focuses on access to information, data security, and privacy law, including freedom of information requests, AI and biometrics advice, and representation before privacy commissioners. She joined Harris as an articled student in 2014 and became a partner in 2023, and chairs the firm's Student Committee. She is a Fellow of Information Privacy, a Certified Information Privacy Professional and Manager, and an adjunct professor at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law.
