About Roderick

Rod focuses primarily on construction and commercial litigation, having acted as lead counsel on three trials and second chair on several more, appearing at every level of court in British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada. He advises owners and contractors on projects up to $200 million and holds an Osgoode Certificate in Construction Law. He won the Commercial Litigation Excellence Award at the 2021 Canadian Law Awards.
