About Emilio
Emilio practises across workplace law with a focus on labour disputes and their administrative and constitutional dimensions. He earned his JD from the University of British Columbia in 2024, where he researched the jurisprudential impact of language and received the Ed Peck Industrial Relations Prize in Law. Before law school he worked in the non-profit sector supporting community services. He is a member of the Vancouver Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association's BC branch.
