About Mark
Mark advises employers in forestry, education, and municipal government on dismissal, disciplinary matters, seniority, contracting, and layoff disputes, and regularly appears before the BC Labour Relations Board, arbitration boards, and the courts. He clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia and worked in labour and employment law at a national firm before joining Harris. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for labour and employment law since 2022.
