Colin has practised labour, employment, human rights, and post-secondary education law since 1986, acting mainly for universities, colleges, and institutes on governance, policy, executive compensation, and statutory compliance. He is ranked among BC's leading management-side labour and employment lawyers and served as the firm's Managing Partner from 2015 to 2019.
