The firm was founded in Toronto in 1984 by partners Douglas Owens and John D. Wright and has grown to more than 80 lawyers, students, clerks and staff, with its office at Holly Street and Soudan Avenue in midtown Toronto.

Does Owens Wright take on articling students?

The firm runs a summer student and articling program under Law Society of Ontario requirements. Articling students rotate through the commercial real estate and corporate groups over a ten month term that starts in August.
