About Louis

Louis is a partner in Owens Wright's Commercial Real Estate and Condominium groups, having joined the firm in June 2025. His work centres on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and development of condominium, modular home, and subdivision housing projects, and he regularly advises developers, builders, financial institutions, and condominium managers on projects across Ontario. His practice also extends into construction financing, planning applications, dealings with government authorities, site plan and subdivision registration, easements, and setting up corporate structures such as co-ownerships, joint ventures, and partnerships. Louis holds an LLM in Business Law from Osgoode Hall (2018), an LLB from the University of Leicester (2016), and a BA in History and Criminology from Western (2011).
