About William
William is a partner in the firm's Corporate Group, with a transactional practice covering general corporate and commercial law. His work includes mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and corporate reorganizations, along with matters touching debt and equity financing, capital markets, securities, and corporate governance. He earned his law degree at Queen's University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021, having previously completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts at York University in 2017. He belongs to the Law Society of Ontario.
