About Erin
Erin Duncan is a partner in the firm's Corporate Group, with a transactional practice covering general corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and capital markets. She articled with Owens Wright and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. Erin received her Juris Doctor from Western University, where she served as a student ambassador, mentor, and peer tutor in business law courses, and completed an honours Bachelor of Arts at the University of Guelph before law school.
