Dawn Michaeloff practices real estate law with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions and commercial leasing work. She handles matters across retail, office and industrial properties and has experience with specialized leases such as ground, hotel, cannabis and medical space. Her client base includes developers, landlords, tenants, property managers and brokers, ranging from private entrepreneurs to institutional owners and national retailers. Dawn also has in-house experience with two major Canadian landlords and wrote a 2009 guide on insurance and risk management in commercial leasing, which Thomson Reuters continues to publish.
