About David

David Forgione is a partner at Owens Wright LLP practising commercial real estate law. His work spans acquisitions and dispositions, subdivision and condominium development, joint venture structuring, complex land assemblies, real estate financing, and title correction matters, and he regularly handles the conveyancing work behind land development projects, including Land Titles applications and municipal agreements. He also acts in a general counsel capacity for real estate developers, property managers, financial institutions, food producers, construction companies, and hotel operators on a range of business and financing transactions. David earned his LLB from the University of Ottawa in 2008 after completing a BA and MA at York University.
