About Adam
Adam S. Lebow is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Group, focused on condominium and subdivision development. He advises builders and developers on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, working with clients from land acquisition through project structuring and condominium creation and registration to closing with purchasers. His work includes preparing disclosure materials, purchase and sale agreements and development contracts, and coordinating with consultants and project teams to keep deals on track. Adam has experience across condominium formats from low-rise and high-rise residential buildings to mixed-use, commercial and industrial condominiums, phased developments, and shared facility agreements, along with subdivision registrations and commercial property deals. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2013 and joined Owens Wright in 2014. Adam earned his LLB from the University of Windsor in 2012, winning the R. Lawrence DeShield and Max N. Mousseau Memorial Awards in municipal law, and holds a BA (Hons.) from York University, 2008.
