About Ali

Ali Daneshvar is a partner practicing corporate, real estate, and property development law at Owens Wright. He advises real estate developers on structuring deals, land acquisition, financing, and development across various asset classes, and acts for lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions. He also advises funds and investors on joint ventures and co-ownership structures. Through his family's background in dentistry, Ali has built a practice serving dentists at every stage, from opening a first practice to selling one on retirement. He completed his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and his MBA at the Schulich School of Business, both in 2016, and is fluent in French and Persian.
