About James
James is a partner whose practice spans corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate finance. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and ongoing securities matters. James earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 1992 and went on to complete his law degree there in 1997, before being admitted to the Ontario bar in 1999. Before joining Owens Wright LLP, he practised with a national law firm.
