About Ronald
Ron Melvin has practised real estate, business, and commercial law since 1979. His work sits mainly at the intersection of real estate and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on commercial mortgage lending for private entrepreneurs and both institutional and non-institutional lenders. His real estate experience includes acquisitions, sales, development, subdivisions, condominiums, equity participation financing, construction lien matters, and commercial leasing, along with a particular interest in hotel acquisitions. He has handled numerous workouts of problem loans along with mortgage remedies, including powers of sale and foreclosure proceedings.
