Stuart Forbes and Morris Chochla founded the firm as Forbes Chochla LLP, and it took its current name in January 2019 when partner Natalie Leon, a litigator with the firm since 2011, was added to the name alongside new partners P. Voula Kotoulas and Mark Coleman.
