FCL LLP is a litigation firm at 400 University Avenue in downtown Toronto, on the southwest corner of University Avenue and Dundas Street West. Stuart Forbes and Morris Chochla founded the firm as Forbes Chochla LLP, and it took its current name in January 2019 when partner Natalie Leon, a litigator with the firm since 2011, was added to the name alongside new partners P. Voula Kotoulas and Mark Coleman. The firm concentrates on defending professionals and insurers, covering professional liability and errors and omissions claims, construction disputes, municipal and public sector liability, insurance coverage and subrogation, directors' and officers' liability, defamation, and fidelity insurance and fraud recovery. Clients include engineers, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, insurance brokers, contractors and accountants, in both civil defence and disciplinary proceedings.

Co-founder Morris Chochla is a lawyer and a licensed professional engineer. Called to the Ontario bar in 1980 after earning engineering and law degrees from Queen's University, Chochla has been named annually to The Best Lawyers in Canada in insurance law since 2006 and served as president of the Ontario Bar Association in 2012 and 2013. Co-founder Stuart Forbes was named a Life Member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2018, a distinction reserved for lawyers who have practiced law in the province for 50 years. The firm also runs a legal helpline for members of Mortgage Professionals Canada's insurance program, giving them summary advice on professional conduct questions before they turn into formal complaints.
