About Zoe
Zoe Trister handles a broad range of civil litigation matters, with particular focus on professional liability claims. She summered and articled at FCL LLP and returned to the firm as an associate following her call to the bar. Zoe received her Juris Doctor from Western Law School in 2024 and earned a B.A. (Hons) from the Ivey School of Business the same year. While in law school she received the Brad Hodgson Civil Litigation Award for her work on files through Western's Community Legal Services. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2025 and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
