About Mark

Mark A.D. Coleman articled with his firm in 2008 and 2009 and returned to the firm after being called to the Ontario bar in June 2009. His practice covers civil defence litigation generally, with particular focus on professional liability, construction law, and insurance coverage analysis. He regularly represents engineers, architects, designers, contractors, insurance and mortgage brokers, and financial advisors before the courts and administrative tribunals in Ontario. Mark earned his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2008, after completing an Honours BA there in 2005. He has served on the Ontario Bar Association's Insurance Section executive and belongs to Canadian Defence Lawyers and the Canadian Bar Association. Mark has taught in Osgoode's Construction Law Certificate Program and spoken at conferences on professional liability and construction insurance topics.
