About Miya

Miya Gohill joined FCL LLP as an associate after finishing her articles at the firm, and she continues to focus on professional liability law along with commercial and product liability matters. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary, completed in 2021, and a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, earned in 2025. While at Dalhousie, she volunteered with the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service and worked as a senior law student at the initio Technology and Innovation Law Clinic.
