About Justine
Justine Lee Young's practice centers on professional liability, product liability, municipal liability, employment law and human rights claims. Before joining FCL LLP in 2023, she articled and practiced at an insurance defence firm handling tort and accident benefits files. She appears regularly before the Small Claims Court, the License Appeal Tribunal and the Superior Court of Justice. Justine earned her J.D. from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in 2020 and her B.A. (Hons) from Western University in 2016, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2021. She belongs to the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
