About Darya

Darya Rahbar joined FCL LLP as an associate after completing her articles there, focusing on professional liability, commercial and product liability, employment and coverage law. While studying at Osgoode Hall, she was an active mooter and won awards at national and international competitions, including the Earl Cherniak Award. She has also worked as a research assistant for several professors and served as a writer and managing editor for theCourt.ca. Darya completed her undergraduate degree in political science at the University of Toronto, where she wrote a thesis on the judiciary's role in social change.
