About Kim

Kim T. Duong defends clients in commercial and product liability, professional negligence, directors and officers' liability, and coverage matters across Canada. She regularly represents professionals in regulatory proceedings and has appeared before numerous regulatory bodies and courts across Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary and her law degree from the University of Windsor. She is called to the bar in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Alberta, and she is active with the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
