About P.

P. Voula Kotoulas is a partner whose civil defence practice covers municipal liability, professional liability, health law, product liability and class actions. She has appeared before every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and has represented clients before administrative tribunals such as the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal. Voula works to resolve matters through litigation, negotiation, mediation or arbitration, whichever suits the client's goals best. She earned her law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2006, after an honours BA in classical studies and philosophy, and was admitted to the Manitoba bar in 2007 and the Ontario bar in 2008. She has written on sexual aggression and the civil response and is a past vice-president of the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers' Association.
