About Michael

Michael Dunk is an associate whose practice covers professional liability, product liability, director and officer liability, municipal liability, and various coverage matters. Before joining FCL LLP in 2025, Michael articled and practised at a full-service litigation firm handling insurance defence and coverage work, including municipal and public entity defence, professional negligence, and motor vehicle claims, and appeared before the Superior Court of Justice assisting senior counsel at trial. Michael earned a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020 and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2021 and the Alberta bar in 2026.
