About Natalie
Natalie Marie Leon defends professional liability, construction, and pollution liability claims, and she acts for both insurers and policyholders in complicated coverage disputes. She regularly represents professionals such as mortgage brokers, engineers, contractors, accountants, and financial and insurance advisors, in civil actions and disciplinary proceedings. She has extensive experience with claims under Directors and Officers' liability policies, including employment disputes, defamation claims, and shareholder remedy matters. Natalie earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall in 1994 and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1996. She teaches a professional ethics course for mortgage brokers and mentors through the Women's Law Association of Ontario.
