Isaac Zisckind, the third founding partner, holds an honours business degree and a law degree from the University of Windsor.
There are three head offices: Ontario's on the fifth floor of 255 Consumers Road in Toronto, Alberta's on 97 Street NW in Edmonton, and British Columbia's at 1727 West Broadway in Vancouver. Diamond & Diamond took its current form in 2013, when Jeremy Diamond, Jeremy's spouse Sandra Zisckind and Sandra's sibling Isaac Zisckind took over ownership. That year the first location opened in North Toronto, with radio spots on Z103.5 and Newstalk 1010. At the time, advertising personal injury services was still fairly new ground in Canada.
In 2014 the firm's advertising spread to Toronto transit along with more radio and television, and it announced a partnership with the Toronto Raptors. A partnership with the Ottawa Senators followed, and in 2015 a hiring push took the team past 50 as new offices opened around Ontario. Over 2017 and 2018 the firm added wills and estates and real estate work and built a civil litigation division under Darryl Singer, and it also partnered with the BC Lions. In 2021 a new office in Miami marked its expansion into the United States.

Personal injury is the heart of the practice, and the team has experience across the full range of injury claims, supporting clients at every stage of a case. Car crashes are only part of it: the accident work reaches ATV, bicycle, boating and e-scooter collisions, and the claims side includes accident benefits, long-term disability, occupiers' liability and wrongful death.
Medical malpractice is a form of personal injury, and the firm has experience helping patients and families whose care didn't meet a reasonable standard.
