Shelly Bard represents injured people, working on the plaintiff side of personal injury law as an associate at Diamond & Diamond Lawyers. Injury work has been Shelly's focus from the very start: both the summer student term and the articling year were spent at an Ontario personal injury firm.

After being called to the Ontario bar in April 2024, Shelly came over to Diamond & Diamond soon afterward. The road to law ran through science first, with an honours degree in biomedical science from York University in 2020, followed by law school at Lincoln Alexander, where Shelly graduated in 2023.

Outside work, Shelly likes to read and jog, and enjoys taking long walks with mom and the dog.
