About Samarth
Samarth Bajaj earned his B.A. LL.B. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in New Delhi in 2020 and practised project finance and corporate/commercial litigation in India before pursuing a Master of Laws in International Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. He completed his articles at Diamond & Diamond and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. He now focuses on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
