About Scott

Scott Tottle earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1995. He has spent more than twenty years representing claimants in motor vehicle accident, personal injury, disability, and other insurance claims, with extensive civil jury and non-jury trial experience. He is a member of the Middlesex Law Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Before his legal career, he played three seasons of major junior hockey for the Peterborough Petes and was drafted in the third round of the NHL draft.
