About Cory
Cory Rubin earned a political science degree with honours from the University of Western Ontario in 2009 and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013, before being called to the Ontario bar in 2014. He joined Diamond & Diamond in 2016 after articling at an insurance defence firm and working as an associate at a personal injury firm, and practises plaintiff personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and accident benefits claims. He has argued before judges and masters at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.
