About Darryl Singer

Darryl Singer is a partner at Diamond & Diamond Lawyers in Toronto and leads its Commercial and Civil Litigation Practice Group, all while keeping a sizeable personal injury caseload. Darryl finished at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1991 and joined the Ontario bar in 1993. Before Diamond & Diamond there was Singer Barristers PC, Darryl's own firm. Commercial and civil disputes

Darryl handles contract and business disputes, franchise fights, real estate litigation and professional negligence claims. The litigation practice also takes in debt collection and enforcement, including mortgage enforcement, and insolvency and restructuring for individuals and corporations.

Personal injury claims

Darryl runs a sizeable injury practice. In 2018, for example, Darryl acted for six people hurt in the May bombing at the Bombay Bhel restaurant in Mississauga, in a civil suit against the restaurant.
