About Darryl

Darryl Singer heads Diamond & Diamond's Commercial and Civil Litigation Practice Group and also runs a personal injury practice. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1991 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1993, building a broad litigation practice covering personal injury, contract and business disputes, insolvency, debt collection, franchise disputes, employment law, real estate litigation, and professional negligence. He teaches Professional Responsibility and Personal Injury Practice at Osgoode Hall and advocacy at Ryerson University's Law Practice Program, sits on the boards of the York Region Law Association and the Osgoode Hall Alumni Association, and has written two books on personal injury law along with columns for the Lawyers' Daily and Huffington Post.
