Black Burke Mayor is a progressive labour and employment law firm in downtown Vancouver, founded in 1999 by Allan Black and a group of partners and associates from the former firm McTaggart Ellis, founded in 1917 and the oldest union-side labour and employment firm in British Columbia. The firm represents trade unions, labour organizations, and employees across labour, employment, administrative, and human rights law.
