About Michelle

Michelle De Cambra practices labour, human rights, and professional regulatory law. She joined Black Burke Mayor after practising at a Vancouver union-side labour law firm, representing public and private sector unions in labour arbitration and mediation, before the labour board and at the BC Supreme Court. She also has experience representing professional employees in disciplinary proceedings before their regulatory bodies, and individuals and unions at human rights tribunals in both BC and Alberta. Michelle articled at a non-profit organization in Alberta focused on criminal, family, and civil law, and has appeared before Alberta's Provincial Court, Court of King's Bench, and Court of Appeal.
