About Stephanie

Stephanie T. Mayor joined Black Burke Mayor as an associate lawyer in 2009 and provides strategic legal advice on labour and employment, human rights, privacy, workers' compensation, and administrative law matters to union and non-union clients. She has represented clients before provincial court, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal, and regularly appears before the Human Rights Tribunal, the Labour Relations Board, the Workers' Compensation Board and Appeal Tribunal, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, and various private arbitrators. Before her current role, Stephanie worked as in-house legal counsel for the British Columbia Labour Relations Board and the British Columbia Employment Standards Tribunal. Stephanie uses the pronouns she/her.
