Epstein & Associates is a full-service law firm founded in Newmarket, Ontario in 2005 by lawyer Mark A. Epstein. The practice started as a single Newmarket office and grew into a five-office firm, with locations added in Barrie, Mississauga, Oshawa, and Richmond Hill, so clients across York Region, Simcoe County, Peel, and Durham can reach a lawyer close to home instead of travelling into downtown Toronto.

Epstein earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from York University, then a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. After articling at a commercial litigation firm in Toronto and a short stretch practicing personal injury law, Epstein moved to York Region in 2004, expanded into family law, and opened Epstein & Associates the following year. Epstein trained in collaborative family law and served as Chair of the York Collaborative Practice, a group Epstein has been involved with since its founding in York Region.

The firm's roughly 30 lawyers and counsel now cover family law, wills and estates, corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, real estate, landlord and tenant matters, and employment law, and each office offers a free initial consultation.
