About Shay

Shay Kameneh is an associate lawyer in the firm's Estate Group. She completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Law & Business at Toronto Metropolitan University before earning her law degree from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law. Shay articled at Epstein & Associates and stayed on as an associate after her call to the bar in 2024. Her practice covers estate planning, administration and litigation, including probate applications, will and estate disputes, capacity issues, guardianship matters and powers of attorney. She's currently a Trust and Estate Practitioner candidate working toward full designation. Shay serves clients out of the Richmond Hill, Newmarket and Aurora offices and speaks English and Farsi.
