Brent Cumming is Counsel to the Firm at Epstein & Associates. He was a founding partner of Boyd, Cumming in Newmarket, established in 1987, which focused on general practice, real estate, wills and estates, criminal law, and civil litigation. When Boyd, Cumming closed at the end of 2025, he brought his practice to Epstein & Associates.
