About Mark

Mark joined Epstein & Associates in 2026 and works out of the firm's Newmarket and Barrie offices. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University, followed by an MBA and then a law degree, both completed at the University of Windsor, where he graduated in 2004. He spent the early part of his career as a litigation associate at a downtown Toronto firm handling construction and debt collection files, then moved in-house within the construction and demolition industries, where he managed litigation, land use issues, insurance and risk management, and labour and employment matters, along with corporate affairs. Mark was called to the bar in 2005 and speaks French and English.
