About Kenneth

Kenneth R. Bandeira is a senior associate lawyer at Epstein & Associates, practicing all areas of family law including separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, support, property division, and grandparent contact. He graduated with high distinction from York University with an honours degree in Law and Society and went on to earn his JD from the University of Windsor, before being called to the Ontario bar in January 2015. During law school he received the Gavel Award for legal writing and advocacy and co-founded the Wrongful Conviction Advocacy Student Group. He is skilled in negotiation, mediation, and litigation, drafts cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts, and is fluent in Portuguese, allowing him to serve clients from the firm's Newmarket and Barrie offices in their preferred language.
