About Sahaj

Sahaj Bhathal is an associate lawyer who earned a B.A. (Hons.) in Law & Society from Wilfrid Laurier University before completing his J.D. at Western Michigan University Law School, where he received certificates of merit in Canadian criminal and public law. He has practiced family law exclusively since his 2020 call to the bar, representing clients throughout Peel, York, Dufferin, and Simcoe. His work covers divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support, and property division, and he regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. He is based mainly out of the Mississauga office and offers free initial consultations.
