About Kiranpreet

Kiranpreet (Kiran) Kaur earned a BA from the University of Waterloo before completing her LLB overseas at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK. She went on to earn an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and joined the firm as an associate in 2022. She was called to the bar in 2021 and now practises family law exclusively, advising clients on child support, spousal support, division of property, step-parent adoptions, and marriage annulments. She regularly appears before the Ontario Court of Justice as well as the Superior Court of Justice and handles both litigation and out-of-court negotiations. Kiran speaks English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, and lives in the Halton Region.
