Kateryna Yanovsky is Counsel to the Firm at Epstein & Associates, with a preferred practice area in matrimonial litigation and mediation. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court, and attends regularly at the Barrie Superior Court of Justice as well as courts in Orillia, Brampton, and Newmarket. She began her legal studies with a Court & Tribunal Administration Diploma and an Immigration Consultant Certificate from Seneca College, later earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminology from York University, and completed her LL.B. at Kent Law School in England, where she worked with the Kent Law Clinic on family and civil matters. She also holds a certificate in alternative dispute resolution and was called to the bar in 2014. She is fluent in Russian and has basic knowledge of Ukrainian and Spanish.
