About Derek

Derek Yaromich is an associate lawyer working primarily out of the Mississauga office. He completed an Honours BA in Political Science and History at Brock University before earning his JD from Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia. While in law school he was active in the academic community, including Pro Bono Students Canada and the Dean's Hiring Committee. He completed his articling with the firm and stayed on as an associate, and was called to the bar in 2023. Derek lives in the Niagara Region and is available for consultations on landlord law, criminal law, and civil litigation.
