Spetter Zeitz Klaiman (SZK) is a Toronto business law firm with 18 lawyers, working from a single office at 100 Sheppard Avenue East in North York. The firm traces its roots to Lipman Zener Waxman, founded by Allan Lipman with partners Myles Waxman and William Zener. Lipman still practises at the firm today, working in banking, insolvency and corporate commercial matters. In 2019, Jason Spetter and Sean Zeitz took over as managing partners, and the firm later added Ian Klaiman as a third co-managing director before rebranding to Spetter Zeitz Klaiman, effective January 1, 2024.

SZK's practice covers commercial and civil litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, banking and financial services, corporate commercial work, insurance defence, and commercial and residential real estate. The litigation team appears before the Commercial List, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, and the insolvency group works with statutes including the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Ontario Business Corporations Act. Clients include banks and other lenders, trustees, receivers, corporations, small businesses and individuals.
