About Raha

Raha works as a Commercial and Civil Litigation associate, and her practice includes bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, disputes between debtors and creditors, and security enforcement. Before joining SZK she summered and articled at a boutique firm handling commercial and construction litigation, where she helped clients with mortgage enforcement and other complex matters. She earned her J.D. from Queen's University Faculty of Law, where she also served as a caseworker with Queen's Legal Aid clinic on civil and criminal files, landlord-tenant disputes, and human rights claims, was President of the Queen's Real Estate Law Association, and edited the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration. She was called to the bar in 2025.
