About Mark
Mark A. Klaiman was called to the bar in 1982 and began his career in insurance defence litigation, where he built experience in personal injury and insurance matters. Since joining a general litigation firm in 1986, his practice has expanded to cover real estate litigation, commercial and contractual disputes, franchise and estate litigation, collections, wrongful dismissal, professional malpractice, construction, and fraud claims, along with some criminal and provincial offences work. He has tried more than 200 cases, both jury and non-jury, in the Ontario courts, and regularly appears on motions, applications, and arbitrations. Mark holds an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School, an LL.B. from the University of Windsor, and a B.A. from McGill University.
