About Sandra

Sandra Johnston handles complex commercial disputes with a strategic, results-oriented approach, drawing on broad litigation experience to guide clients through difficult matters. Her practice covers contract disputes, shareholder disputes, commercial tenancy issues, bankruptcy and insolvency, and enforcement proceedings. She has represented clients on contested motions, applications, and trials before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including the Commercial List, as well as before various regulatory bodies. Sandra was called to the Ontario bar in 2012 after earning her JD from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Waterloo. She belongs to the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society, and outside the office serves on the boards of Nutrition for Learning and Butterfly Learning Centre.
