About Elina

Elina Fish is a lawyer at SZK with more than a decade of experience handling complex legal matters. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, particularly bankruptcy and insolvency, debtor-creditor relationships, contractual disputes, security enforcement, and insurance claims. She gained early litigation experience at Western University's Community Legal Services clinic and has gone on to represent clients before the License Appeal Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Before joining the firm, Elina worked as Senior Claims Counsel at a national property and casualty insurance company. She holds a JD from Western Law (2013) and a BA from York University (2010), was called to the bar in 2014, and is fluent in Russian.
