About Jason

Jason Spetter is Co-Managing Director at his firm and a senior commercial litigator focused on general commercial matters, bankruptcies, proposals, receiverships, and enforcement of security. He represents financial institutions, lenders, debtors, receivers, and trustees in bankruptcy, and manages the national litigation portfolios for two financial institutions. Jason was called to the Ontario bar in 2002 after earning his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. Outside the office, he is active in Toronto's theatre community, having served as Co-President and Artistic Director of Fallen Rock Productions, which raised over $400,000 for local charities, and spent nine years on the Board of Directors of The Musical Stage Company, where he co-produces and writes the annual UnCovered concert series.
