Reconstruct LLP is a small Toronto firm that practices in commercial restructuring, litigation, and business law, working from an office at 80 Richmond Street West in the city's downtown core. The firm operated as Weisz Fell Kour LLP before taking the name Reconstruct LLP on June 1, 2022, under founding partners Caitlin Fell and Sharon Kour, a change the firm said continued "a tradition of lean, agile, strategic and responsive service." Fell had previously worked at Osler and McMillan, and Kour spent close to a decade at McCarthy Tétrault, before the two launched the firm together.

The firm's lawyers, a team of around a dozen, act for boards of directors, debtor corporations, court officers, lenders, bondholders, and other creditors in proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, along with related commercial litigation and corporate work. Partner Mario Forte joined after 35 years as a restructuring and insolvency lawyer, with roles in some of Canada's largest restructurings, including CanWest Publishing, Nortel Networks, and Stelco. Reconstruct has also built a client base among cannabis and technology companies, advising licensed producers, retailers, and tech firms and their boards through distress and financing situations.
